This electro/hydraulic machine has two separate functions, and can be sold seperately as a Scafpress of Scafmark (shown below):

The Scafpress improves and repairs scaffold boards:

• 0.5 tonne side clamping pressure to close splits in board
• A controlled 8.5 tonne press embeds the punched nail Scafplate into the board
• The Scafpress can be supplied separately if required

The Scafmark security embosses 48.3mm diameter scaffold tubing:

• Permanently security marks galvanised, black or aluminium parallel scaffold tubing along its length
• Embosses at a rate of approximately 25m per minute
• The marking ring die is hardened for durability
• The ring die can be easily replaced when required
• For special applications, a composite ring die with interchangeable letters is available as an option

The Scafworker can be used as a fully automatic production machine

Receip Tube Straightener



This machine is a powerful, portable, electro/hydraulic system for re-aligning all types of steel parallel tube.

• Multi lugs

Power Stripper



A portable hydraulic vice designed to grip all types of steel or forged scaffold couplers whilst they are serviced using an impact wrench - enabling even the most badly seized couplers to be put back into service quickly.

System Scafmark

The Scafbrand is a hand operated, portable branding machine designed to be used with a propane gas cylinder to security mark any timber equipment with a company name or logo.

• The copper name die measures 127 x 38mm and up to 10 characters
• Fire proof stainless steel shields
• Entirely portable for use both indoors and out
