Toolmatic corrugated fastening

Corrugated fasteners are available in standard (25mm wide) and jumbo (35mm wide) with Toolmatic automation tools to suit both.

Already proven in Germany, corrugated fasteners are capable of butt jointing materials which is ideal for sheathing, framing and noggin applications in timber frame manufacturing. When jumbo corrugated fasteners alone are used to butt joint sheathing material at 50-150mm spacing, they achieve similar values to nails or staples with a batten. The standard corrugated fasteners are compatible with the Toolmatic NC820 tool with the quiet and controlled pusher technology which improves the working environment. Corrugated fasteners are also suited to other applications such as furniture manufacturing.
